Ingredients

  • 8 small flour tortillas

  • 1 ½ cups apple pie filling, chopped into small pieces

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

  • ¼ cup granulated sugar

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 2 tablespoons caramel sauce, for drizzling after cooking

  • Optional: extra cinnamon sugar for serving

Directions

1. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.

2. Fill each tortilla with chopped apple pie filling, then roll tightly.

3. Brush with melted butter and coat with cinnamon sugar.

4. Place seam-side down in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

5. Air fry at 375°F for 7–9 minutes, until golden and crisp.

6. Drizzle with caramel after cooking and serve warm.

Notes / Tips

  • Do not overfill the tortillas, or the apple filling may leak out.

  • Place the taquitos seam-side down so they stay closed while air frying.

  • Add caramel only after cooking, not inside the air fryer basket.
