Ingredients

  • 2 large firm apples

  • 1 tablespoon melted butter

  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg (optional)

Directions

1. Wash the apples, slice them into rings about 1/4 inch thick, and remove the cores.
