1 cup rolled oats
1 ripe banana
2/3 cup milk
1 large egg
1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Pinch of salt
2 tbsp chocolate chips, plus extra for topping
1–2 tbsp peanut butter for drizzling
1. Add the oats, banana, milk, egg, maple syrup, vanilla, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt to a blender. Blend until mostly smooth.
2. Stir in the chocolate chips.
3. Lightly grease 2 small ramekins and divide the batter evenly between them. Sprinkle a few extra chocolate chips on top.
4. Air fry at 330°F for 8–10 minutes, or until the tops are set and lightly golden.
5. Let the baked oats rest for 2–3 minutes. Drizzle with peanut butter and serve warm.
