Ingredients

  • 11½ pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-size pieces

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon paprika

  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce

  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)

  • 1 teaspoon honey

Directions

1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

2. In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

3. Thread chicken onto skewers (do not pack too tight).

4. Place skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

5. Cook for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through.

6. Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey to make bang bang sauce.

7. Brush or drizzle sauce over hot chicken skewers before serving.
