2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1–2 tablespoons water, only if the dough feels dry
Extra flour, for shaping
1. Preheat the air fryer to 320°F for 3 minutes.
2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
3. Add Greek yogurt and olive oil, then stir until a rough dough forms.
4. Knead gently for 1–2 minutes until the dough holds together. Do not overwork it.
5. Shape into a small round loaf and score the top with a cross.
6. Place the loaf on a small piece of parchment inside the air fryer basket.
7. Air fry at 320°F for 22–25 minutes.
8. Increase to 370°F and cook for 3–5 minutes to crisp the crust.
9. Let the bread rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Use just enough parchment to lift the loaf, but do not cover the basket holes.
If the top browns too fast, loosely cover it with foil during the last 10 minutes.
Let the bread rest before slicing so the center finishes setting.
For the crispiest crust, finish at a higher temperature for the last few minutes.
