1 pound breakfast sausage
3 cups frozen diced hash brown potatoes
6 large eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Optional parsley for garnish
1. Cook the sausage and hash browns in the air fryer until browned and crispy.
2. Whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Pour the egg mixture over the sausage and potatoes and air fry until the eggs are set.
4. Sprinkle with cheddar and mozzarella cheese and cook for 1–2 more minutes until melted.
5. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
Use fully cooked breakfast sausage for faster preparation.
