Crispy air fryer cheeseburger wraps with juicy ground beef, melted cheddar, pickles, lettuce, tomato, and golden tortillas — an easy 30-minute dinner idea.
Servings: 4
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 12–15 minutes
Total Time: 25–30 minutes
1 pound ground beef
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup diced pickles
1/2 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup finely diced white onion
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Olive oil spray or avocado oil spray
1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned, breaking it into small crumbles.
2. Drain excess grease, then stir in ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
3. Place the tortillas on a flat surface. Add cheddar cheese, warm beef mixture, pickles, lettuce, tomato, and onion to the center of each tortilla.
4. Fold the sides in, roll tightly, and place each wrap seam-side down.
5. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F. Lightly spray the wraps with oil.
6. Air fry for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway, until the tortillas are golden, crisp, and lightly browned.
Do not overfill the wraps, or they may open in the air fryer.
Place wraps seam-side down first so they stay closed and crisp better.
Add lettuce and tomato after cooking if you want them fresher and less warm.
Use warm tortillas so they fold without cracking.
Bacon Cheeseburger Wraps: Add crumbled cooked bacon before rolling.
Spicy Cheeseburger Wraps: Add jalapeños or spicy burger sauce.
Big Mac Style Wraps: Add shredded lettuce, pickles, onion, and a creamy burger sauce.
Chicken Cheeseburger Wraps: Use cooked ground chicken instead of beef.
