Ingredients

  • 1½ lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces

  • 4 cups broccoli florets

  • ½ medium onion, sliced

  • 1½ tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning

Directions

1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F if your model requires it.

2. Pat the chicken dry and place it in a large bowl.

3. Add the broccoli and sliced onion to a separate bowl.

4. Divide the olive oil between the two bowls.

5. Season the chicken with garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Toss well to coat.

6. Lightly season the broccoli and onion with a little salt and pepper, then toss.

7. Add the chicken to the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 10 minutes.

8. Shake the basket, then add the broccoli and onion around the chicken.

9. Air fry for 6–8 more minutes, shaking halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the broccoli is crisp-tender with roasted edges.

10. Serve warm.

Notes / Tips
