Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces

  • 2 medium zucchini, sliced into half-moons

  • 2 cups broccoli florets

  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped

  • 1/2 medium onion, cut into chunks

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 3/4 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes, optional

Directions

1. Add the chicken, zucchini, broccoli, bell pepper, and onion to a large bowl.

2. Drizzle with olive oil, then season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.

3. Toss well until everything is evenly coated.

4. Transfer the mixture to the air fryer basket in an even layer. Cook in batches if needed.

5. Air fry at 390°F for 12–14 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender with browned edges.

6. Serve hot.
