1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp Italian seasoning
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes, optional
1. Add the chicken, zucchini, broccoli, bell pepper, and onion to a large bowl.
