2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten
1 cup Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Olive oil spray
1/2 cup marinara sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Fresh parsley for garnish
1. Slice the chicken breasts in half horizontally to create 4 cutlets.
2. Season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
3. Coat the chicken in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs mixed with parmesan cheese.
4. Lightly spray with olive oil and place in the air fryer basket.
5. Air fry at 380°F (193°C) for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking.
6. Top each cutlet with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
7. Air fry for 3–4 more minutes until the cheese is melted and lightly golden.
8. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
Do not overcrowd the basket for the crispiest results.
