Easy Air Fryer Foil Packet Meals

Juicy teriyaki chicken and sweet caramelized pineapple cooked together in easy air fryer foil packets. A flavorful family dinner with simple ingredients, quick prep, and almost no cleanup.

Ingredients

  • 1½ lb (680 g) boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into chunks

  • 12 oz (340 g) baby potatoes, halved

  • 1 medium zucchini, sliced

  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped

  • ½ red onion, cut into chunks

  • 3 tbsp melted butter

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1 tsp paprika

  • 1 tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Directions

1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).

2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, potatoes, zucchini, bell pepper, and red onion. Add melted butter and seasonings. Toss until evenly coated.

3. Divide the mixture between 4 large sheets of foil and seal tightly into packets.

4. Place the foil packets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

5. Air fry for 12–14 minutes, or until the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) and the potatoes are tender.

6. Carefully open the packets, sprinkle with parsley, and serve immediately.

Notes / Tips
