Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 10–12 minutes
Total Time: 25–27 minutes
Servings: 4
16 oz dill pickle chips, drained and patted very dry
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs, beaten
1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp black pepper
Cooking spray
Ranch dressing, for serving (optional)
1. Pat the pickle chips very dry with paper towels.
2. In one bowl add the flour. In a second bowl add the beaten eggs. In a third bowl mix the panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper.
3. Dip each pickle chip into the flour, then the egg, then coat well in the panko mixture.
4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F. Lightly spray the basket with cooking spray.
5. Arrange the breaded pickle chips in a single layer. Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray.
6. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
7. Serve right away with ranch dressing if desired.
Dry the pickle chips really well before breading so the coating sticks and crisps properly.
Cook in a single layer for the best crunchy texture. Work in batches if needed.
Make them spicy by adding a pinch of cayenne pepper to the breadcrumb mixture.
Swap the ranch for spicy mayo or garlic dip for a different flavor.
