Air Fryer Frozen Broccoli

Air fryer garlic parmesan fries come out crispy outside, tender inside, and packed with rich garlic-parmesan flavor. A quick soak, very thorough drying, and a little cornstarch help them turn golden instead of soggy.

Notes / Tips

  • Do not thaw the broccoli first or it may turn softer and wetter.

  • Cooking in one layer helps the broccoli roast instead of steam.

  • Smaller florets may cook a little faster than larger ones.

  • For crispier edges, add 1–2 extra minutes at the end.

  • Parmesan is optional, but it adds extra savory flavor.

Variations

  • Add red pepper flakes for a little heat.

  • Use Italian seasoning for a more herby flavor.

  • Finish with lemon juice for a brighter taste.

  • Add grated parmesan or nutritional yeast for a more savory finish.

  • Toss with a little melted butter after cooking for richer flavor.
