Air Fryer Kielbasa and Potatoes

This easy air fryer kielbasa and potatoes recipe gives you crispy golden potatoes, browned sausage, and tender onions in one basket.

Ingredients

  • 14 oz kielbasa sausage, sliced into thick coins

  • 1 1/2 lb baby potatoes or Yukon Gold potatoes, cut into bite-size chunks

  • 1 medium onion, cut into chunks

  • 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

  • 3/4 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley, optional for garnish

Directions

1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F.

2. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes and onion with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper.

3. Add the seasoned potatoes and onion to the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, shaking once halfway through.

4. Add the sliced kielbasa to the basket and toss everything together.

5. Cook for another 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket once or twice, until the potatoes are golden and tender and the sausage is browned around the edges.

6. Taste and add a little more salt or pepper if needed.

7. Sprinkle with parsley and serve hot.

Notes / Tips

  • Cut the potatoes into even pieces so they cook at the same rate.

  • Do not overcrowd the basket or the potatoes will steam instead of crisp.

  • If your potatoes are larger or firmer, cook them 2–4 minutes longer before adding the sausage.

  • Smoked sausage browns quickly, so add it after the potatoes have started cooking.

  • For extra color and crisp edges, give the basket a final 1–2 minutes at 400°F.
