Servings: 4
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 8–10 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes
8 cooked lasagna noodles
Cheese filling: 1 cup ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, 1/4 cup parmesan, 1 egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
For coating: 1/2 cup flour, 2 beaten eggs, 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
Cooking spray or olive oil spray
Marinara sauce, alfredo sauce, parmesan, and parsley for serving
1. Mix the ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, egg, and seasonings in a bowl.
2. Spread the cheese filling over each cooked lasagna noodle, then roll tightly.
3. Dip each roll in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.
4. Spray lightly with cooking spray.
5. Air fry at 390°F for 8–10 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crispy.
6. Serve with marinara, a little alfredo drizzle, parmesan, and parsley.
Do not overfill the noodles, or the rolls may open while cooking.
Chill the rolls for 15–20 minutes before breading if they feel too soft.
Serve right away for the crispiest texture.
Spicy Style: Add red pepper flakes to the marinara.
Extra Cheesy Style: Add provolone or fontina to the filling.
Dinner Style: Serve with meat sauce instead of plain marinara.
