Ingredients

  • 8 cooked lasagna noodles

  • Cheese filling: 1 cup ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, 1/4 cup parmesan, 1 egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper

  • For coating: 1/2 cup flour, 2 beaten eggs, 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs

  • Cooking spray or olive oil spray

  • Marinara sauce, alfredo sauce, parmesan, and parsley for serving

Directions

1. Mix the ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, egg, and seasonings in a bowl.

2. Spread the cheese filling over each cooked lasagna noodle, then roll tightly.

3. Dip each roll in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.

4. Spray lightly with cooking spray.

5. Air fry at 390°F for 8–10 minutes, turning halfway, until golden and crispy.

6. Serve with marinara, a little alfredo drizzle, parmesan, and parsley.
