Total Time: 20 minutes
1 lb ground beef (or half beef, half pork)
1/3 cup breadcrumbs
1 large egg
2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
3. Mix gently until just combined.
4. Shape into 18–20 evenly sized meatballs.
5. Arrange the meatballs in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
6. Air fry for 9–11 minutes, shaking or turning halfway through.
7. Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
8. Let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
Do not overmix the meat mixture or the meatballs may become dense.
Leave space between the meatballs for even browning.
Use a meat thermometer for the most accurate results.
Let the meatballs rest for a few minutes to keep them juicy.
