Servings: 4
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 10–12 minutes
Total Time: 20–22 minutes
12 small flour tortillas
1 lb ground beef
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp taco seasoning
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
2 green onions, sliced
Sour cream for topping
Cooking spray or light oil spray
1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
2. Press small tortillas into white ramekins or silicone cups to form taco bowls.
3. Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned. Drain excess grease.
4. Mix in taco seasoning and stir well.
5. Fill each tortilla cup with seasoned beef and shredded cheddar cheese.
6. Place the ramekins directly into the air fryer basket.
7. Air fry for 10–12 minutes until the tortilla edges are crispy and golden.
8. Top with diced tomatoes, green onions, and sour cream before serving.
Do not overcrowd the basket for better crisping.
Lightly spray the tortilla edges with oil for deeper golden color.
Let the taco cups cool for 1–2 minutes before removing from ramekins.
Use smaller tortillas for a crispier texture and better cup shape.
Extra Cheesy: Add extra cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese.
Spicy Version: Add jalapeños or hot sauce to the beef filling.
Chicken Version: Replace beef with shredded taco chicken.
Party Style: Serve with salsa, guacamole, or queso dips.
