24 mini pepperoni slices or 12 regular pepperoni slices, chopped
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Marinara sauce, for dipping
Air fryer parchment liner or silicone liner
1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F for 3 minutes.
2. Line the air fryer basket with a perforated parchment liner or silicone liner.
3. In a small bowl, mix mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper.
4. Spoon small 2-inch cheese mounds into the basket, leaving space between each one.
