Crispy air fryer pizza roll ups with pepperoni, mozzarella, and pizza sauce for an easy snack, quick lunch, or fast family meal.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 6–8 minutes
Total Time: 11–13 minutes
Servings: 4 servings
4 medium flour tortillas
1/3 cup pizza sauce
28–32 pepperoni slices
4 mozzarella sticks
Cooking spray or a little oil, optional
1. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce down the center of each tortilla. Add pepperoni slices and 1 mozzarella stick.
2. Roll each tortilla up tightly and place seam-side down.
3. Lightly spray the outside with cooking spray or brush with a little oil for a more golden finish.
4. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F. Place the pizza roll ups in the basket in a single layer, leaving a little space between them.
5. Air fry for 6–8 minutes, or until the tortillas are crisp and golden brown.
6. Let them cool for 1–2 minutes before serving, because the cheese inside will be very hot.
Do not overfill the roll ups, or the cheese may leak before the tortilla crisps.
Roll them tightly so they keep their shape in the air fryer.
A light spray of oil helps the outside turn more golden and crisp.
Let them rest briefly before slicing or serving so the melted cheese sets a little.
Serve with extra pizza sauce on the side if you want a stronger pizza flavor.
Add a little Italian seasoning or garlic powder for more flavor.
Use turkey pepperoni for a lighter version.
Add a few thin bell pepper strips for a veggie twist.
Swap pepperoni for cooked sausage or ham.
Make them extra cheesy by adding a little shredded mozzarella with the cheese stick.
