Ingredients

  • 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough or crescent dough sheet

  • 1/3 cup pizza sauce

  • 20–24 slices pepperoni, chopped or left whole

  • 1 to 1 1/4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 tbsp melted butter

  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan, optional

Directions

1. Roll the dough into a rectangle and spread pizza sauce over the top, leaving a small border.

2. Add pepperoni and mozzarella, then roll the dough up tightly into a log.

3. Cut into 8 pizza rolls and brush the tops with melted butter.

4. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and parmesan if using.

5. Place in the air fryer basket with space between each roll.

6. Air fry at 350°F for 7–9 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.

7. Let cool for 2–3 minutes before serving.
