12 mini sweet peppers, halved and seeded
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1. Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (188°C).
2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Fill each mini pepper half with the cheese mixture.
4. Arrange the stuffed peppers in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
5. Air fry for 8–10 minutes until the peppers are tender and the tops are lightly golden.
6. Remove carefully and let cool for 2 minutes.
7. Garnish with extra parsley and serve warm.
