Total Time: 22–24 minutes
1½ lb (680 g) boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
⅓ cup teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp ground ginger
1 tbsp sesame seeds
2 green onions, sliced

1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
2. In a large bowl, combine teriyaki sauce, honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger.
3. Add chicken and pineapple. Toss until evenly coated.
4. Divide the mixture between 4 large sheets of foil and fold into sealed packets.
5. Place the foil packets in the air fryer basket, leaving space for airflow.
6. Air fry for 12–14 minutes, or until the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
7. Carefully open the packets, sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions, and serve.
Use fresh pineapple for the best caramelized flavor.
Cut chicken pieces into similar sizes for even cooking.
Let the packets rest for 2 minutes before opening to retain juices.
Add red bell pepper chunks for extra color and sweetness.
Use chicken thighs instead of chicken breast for a juicier result.
Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy teriyaki version.
