1 medium head cauliflower, cut into florets
2 tbsp olive oil
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
2. Place cauliflower florets in a large bowl.
3. Toss with olive oil until evenly coated.
4. Add Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
5. Arrange cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
6. Air fry for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway through.
