1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined, tails on or off
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 garlic cloves, finely minced
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon lemon juice, optional
1. Pat the shrimp very dry with paper towels so the edges brown better in the air fryer.
2. In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.
4. Place the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd.
5. Air fry for 4 minutes, shake or flip, then cook for another 4–6 minutes, until the shrimp are pink, curled, and lightly browned on the edges.
6. Mix the melted butter with minced garlic and lemon juice.
7. Toss the hot shrimp with the garlic butter mixture after cooking.
8. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
