Servings: 4
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 6–8 minutes
Total Time: 11–13 minutes
Yield: about 24–28 flatbread chips
2 medium flatbreads
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1/3 cup finely grated parmesan
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
2. Cut the flatbreads into small triangles or rustic rectangles.
3. Brush both sides lightly with olive oil.
4. Sprinkle with garlic powder, parmesan, parsley, salt, and black pepper.
5. Arrange the pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
6. Air fry for 6–8 minutes, or until crisp and golden brown.
7. Let the chips cool for 1–2 minutes before serving for the best crunch.
Use thinner flatbread for crispier chips.
Do not overcrowd the basket, or the chips may turn soft instead of crisp.
Watch closely during the last 1–2 minutes, because parmesan can brown fast.
Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy version.
Add a little Italian seasoning for extra herby flavor.
Serve with marinara, ranch, or a creamy garlic dip.
